| Jim Low -
Vice President of Operations Since beginning
his career in 1984 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jim has
worked as a manager and area
supervisor in several major
markets, including Southern
California and Arizona. His
success allowed him to work as a
franchise consultant for Q-Lube,
covering almost all 50 states. As
the national trainer for Q-Lube,
he developed new service
procedures and franchise training
programs. He has completed all
Jiffy Lube training modules and
has been certified to teach level
100 training programs to
potential managers.
Currently,
as Vice President of Operations
for Utah Lubricants, Jim manages
85 employees at seven Jiffy Lube
locations. He is deeply committed
to his customers, crew members,
and the industry as a whole.
